Service-Based Nature of Business

As we provide customized, project-based, and software services, work typically begins immediately after project confirmation, planning, and resource allocation.

Due to the nature of tech solution and development services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

3.1 Before Project Commencement

Clients may request cancellation before project initiation (before research, planning, or development work begins).

  • If payment has been made but work has not started, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges.
3.2 After Project Commencement

If cancellation is requested after work has started:

  • Charges will apply for the work already completed.
  • The refundable amount, if any, will be calculated after deducting development hours, resources allocated, and administrative costs.
  • No refund will be issued for completed project milestones.
3.3 Ongoing Maintenance or Subscription Services

For recurring services (e.g., maintenance, support, automation monitoring):

  • Clients may cancel with written notice as per the service agreement.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining billing cycle unless specified in a written contract.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Incorrect billing
  • Non-delivery of service (where no work has been initiated)

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after project commencement
  • Delays caused by client-side issues (lack of content, approvals, communication delays)
  • Completed milestones or delivered work
  • Custom development work already executed

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Project Delays and Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing required materials, access credentials, and approvals on time
  • Maintaining communication during the project timeline

Delays caused by client inaction do not qualify for refunds.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Internet or hosting outages
  • Technical infrastructure failures

Such circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with any service:

  • Please contact us first to resolve the matter amicably.
  • We aim to resolve concerns through communication and mutual agreement.
