Job Description:
As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our information technology products and services to potential clients. Your role involves understanding client needs, providing suitable solutions, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
You will maintain a pipeline of potential clients and manage the sales process from initial contact to closure. Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their IT needs and challenges, presenting and demonstrating IT products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and ROI. Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients, negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals while ensuring profitability. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, and develop and implement effective sales strategies to stay ahead in the market.
